What I collect

When you fill in the quote form, I collect:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Your suburb or address
• Details about your home and the clean you need
• Anything else you choose to tell me, such as NDIS or aged care details

How I use it

I use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, book and carry out cleans, send invoices and keep in touch about your bookings. I don't sell your information or use it for anything unrelated.

Storage

Your information is stored securely online and only kept for as long as I need it for these purposes, or as required by law.

Third parties

I use trusted services to run my business, including a customer management (CRM) system that receives quote form submissions and a hosting provider for this website. They only handle your information to provide those services. I may also share details with your plan manager or provider if you ask me to invoice them.
